SALES TAX:
The tax laws require us to collect sales tax for all orders sold in Ohio.
Shipping Policy:
TheBlueberryPatch.org will ship to almost any address within the contiguous U.S.A. via UPS. We do no routinely ship to Alaska, Hawaii, California, P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or locations outside the United States of America however. Please contact us for charges concerning shipping to these addresses.
Shipments are typically sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays, 5-10 days after the order was received. You can order your plants on our website at anytime. As part of the order process there is a form which will let you choose when you would like them delivered. We offer free pick up for any order placed online. Please leave us contact information so we can inform you when the order is ready. Blueberry plant orders may take several days, as we will have to pull the inventory from the nursery.
Shipping Rates:
In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates possible, our site is configured to access the shipping prices directly from the UPS shipping tables. Normal shipping rates are for orders shipped within the contiguous USA - standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for some products.
(we reserve the right to change shipping rates when needed - you will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply.)

Estimated Availability:
Product availability and estimated shipping times listed on this site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The availability listed is the average time the product(s) usually take to ship. Multiple Shipments on the same order are possible.
Returns:
Please call or email us for instructions on item returns
- If you return the item(s) in sellable condition within 30 days, (meaning it is in mint condition with all packing materials so we can resell it) you will receive a credit to your credit card, (or a refund in the method of payment), for the purchase price.*
- If you return the item(s) in less than sellable condition within 30 days, (meaning it has been lightly used and not damaged and/or you put it together and it really did not work for you), you will receive a Blueberry Patch Coupon for the purchase price (it can be used at our store) minus a 10% re-stocking fee.*
- If you return the item(s) in un-sellable condition, (meaning it has been used, worn, damaged and we cannot resell it), we will return the item to you. No refund or reimbursmint will be applied. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return.
*(We cannot pay for shipping for returned items except in cases of errors in fulfilling the order - shipping costs to you will not be re-imbursed.) |
